40 Days Since Massacre in Bukan
Sunday, December 25, marks 40 days from the death of at least 18 people in Bukan, West Azerbaijan. On this day, stores and retailers closed their doors and went on strike. Hundreds of people took to the streets and faced brutal suppression of the regime forces, again.
People showed up on the streets and in the cemetery, chanting “Down with the dictator” and continuing their protests, despite the suppressions.
People in at least 10 other cities also came to the streets to show their support and protest against the regime’s suppression tactics.
Considered as Crime
Ali Sharifi Zarchi, a professor at Sharif University of Technology, was called by the Ministry of Intelligence to present himself for some explanations. He has been giving IT consultations to people regarding internet connection and publicly supported the “Woman, Life, Freedom” uprising.
Students went on a sitting strike to protest against arresting the professor. Sharifi is now back home after a few interviews, but he is still in danger of imprisonment.

Putin and Khamenei, A Match Made in Hell
According to IRNA (Islamic Republic News Agency), the head of the general staff of the Islamic regime’s armed forces, Mohammad Bagheri, said on Sunday that the regime will continue to develop its drones based on its interests and will cooperate with other countries in this regard. Ukraine claims that the Islamic Republic has so far sent 1700 Shahed-136 drones to Russia.
Meanwhile, published reports indicate the delivery of 24 Sukhoi-35 fighter jets to Iran from Russia in the near future. Earlier in September, there was news about Iranian pilots being trained to fly this fighter jet.
In the past three months, advisers and equipment have been sent from Russia to help the Islamic regime to suppress the protests.
On the other hand, government media report the regime's desire and determination to create a unified "axis of resistance" missile front.
