According to local reports, Makki Mosque, the place where Friday prayers are held, is surrounded by the regime's security forces. Earlier, since the beginning of the week, arrests of the protesters and activists had been started on a large scale in the city, and Molavi Abdul Hamid, Iran's top Sunni Cleric, has been repeatedly threatened by the regime not to hold the next Friday prayer or to speak against the regime and Ali Khamenei.

After the "Bloody Friday" massacre on September 30, until today, the people of Zahedan have come to the streets every Friday after the Friday prayer and have rallied and protested against the regime. Despite the brutal suppression and the killing of more than 100 people, the protests have never stopped, and each time people have chanted "Death to Khamenei" louder than before.
