Wednesday, November 16, was the second day of nationwide protests and strikes, on the third anniversary of Bloody November (2019).

It is also the 61st day of consistent protests after Mahsa Amini’s death on September 16. Records show that protesters are once again facing brutality from Islamic Republic forces, such as breaking residential windows, throwing tear gases, and direct shooting.


Once again, people came to the streets in more than 40 cities in Iran. Even the smallest cities have risen. Many businesses, including the main bazaars of big cities, continue their strike. These actions are supposed to continue until November 17. 




 

UN Special Session on Iran


On Thursday, November 24th, the United Nations is holding a special session to discuss and study Iran’s situation. The public can follow this session through UN Web TV or #SS35 on social media.


 

From Sep. 17th to Nov. 15, 348 protesters have Been killed, with 52 Children among them. 15915 are estimated detained.Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) reports.

 

Canada and U.S. Ban Top Islamic Regime Forces


Canada - The federal government of Canada, has formally banned the top echelons of the Iranian regime from entering this country, with a new, rarely used designation now in place that allows border agents to deny foreigners access to the country.


U.S. - The assets of Individuals in the "Specially Designated Nationals" or "SDNs" list are blocked, and U.S. citizens are generally prohibited from dealing with them. This list contains individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers, designated under programs that are not country-specific.
