Tragic Death of a Baloch Woman

On Thursday, January 26, Mahdim Nosrati (53) died due to a heart attack out of stress. The woman was waiting in a line to receive her kerosene (lamp-oil) quota. It is said that she had gone to the station three days in a row to receive her quota, but she could not succeed. People in Sistan and Baluchestan province are facing a shortage of kerosene and sometimes gas cylinders, and while the officials are well aware of the situation, no measures have been taken to solve these problems.


 

The Upside-Down World of Mullahs

The deputy of the Islamic Regime's Judiciary appreciated Judge Salavati. He is one of the most notorious judges in the history of Iran's judiciary in the field of Human Rights.


"For your efforts for the rights of the oppressed and spreading justice," reads in the appreciation letter.


 

Earthquake in Khoy

On Saturday evening, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 occurred at a distance of 6 km from the city of Khoy, West Azerbaijan province, at a depth of 7 km. 


3 deaths and 973 injuries have been reported so far. The amount of destruction of houses is between 20% and 50% and the situation of relief is described as extremely poor. Video footage shows anti-riot forces clashing with people seeking help and using anti-riot water cannon vehicles.


 

Attack on Military Centers

In the early hours of Sunday, January 29, reports and footage were published of an  attack on a military center in Isfahan, explosions, and air defense clashes in several other places, including Tehran.


The military officials of the Islamic Republic claim that the drone attacks in Isfahan were "unsuccessful", but many experts have a different opinion. Until now, no country or group has officially taken responsibility for these attacks.


The spokesperson of the Ukrainian Air Force called the explosion of the military center in Isfahan the result of the Islamic Republic's policies.


 

The Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced the complete suspension of the activity of their embassy in Tehran. He added that despite the claims of the Islamic Republic's authorities, they have sufficient evidence that this incident was a terrorist attack.
